Lilia Breyter fue invitada a participar en el Stand de Certificados de Excelencia UNESCO- WCC Latinoamérica.
Se trata de un evento que cumple 10 años de existencia y constituye una “Expresión de las culturas tradicionales del mundo y se muestran productos artesanales profundamente enraizados en las culturas de cada país”.
IFAM / Santa Fe es la celebración de Arte Folklórico más grande del mundo. Este evento es un programa de International Folk Art Alliance, una organización sin fines de lucro cuya misión es ¨celebrar y preservar las tradiciones folklóricas vivientes y crear oportunidades económicas para y con los artistas de todo el mundo¨.
Este año participan alrededor de 166 artistas representando 59 países sobre un total de 400 postulantes de 75 países.
El Comité de selección de artistas se guía por los criterios establecidos por International Folk Art Alliance. Este panel de expertos independientes en arte folklórico seleccionan aquellos artistas que claramente demuestran excelencia y autenticidad. La selección 2015 tuvo en cuenta consideraciones de representación geográfica, variedad de medios y oportunidades a nuevos artistas.

Lilia Breyter was invited to join the 2015 International Folk Art Market | Santa Fe, July 10, 11 and 12 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA. She will attend the Latin America UNESC0 – WCC Award of Excellence Booth.
IFAM | Santa Fe is the largest celebration of folk art in the world. This event is a program of the International Folk Art Alliance, a nonprofit organization, with a mission “to celebrate and preserve living folk art traditions and to create economic opportunities for and with folk artists worldwide.”
This year, are invited an esteemed group of 166 artists representing 59 countries out of a group of over 400 applications from 75 countries.
The Artist Selection and Placement Committees are guided by criteria established by the International Folk Art Alliance. This independent panel of folk art experts selected those applicants who clearly demonstrated excellence and authenticity to a folk art tradition within their communities. In addition, placement into the 2015 IFAM | Santa Fe was based on consideration of geographic representation, variety of medium, and new artist opportunity.
